Removing your buccal fat is incredibly aging. Secondly you have chubby-ish cheeks but I would not touch it. You see the buccal fat pad actually extends from the temple, to under the cheek bone, then into the lower cheek. Most people think buccal fat removal only affects the lower cheek where it is excised.
